ABOUT MIKE TRIM

I\'m a highly motivated and outcome orientated senior business manager with extensive events, sponsorship, marketing and commercial management experience. Throughout my career I have established a proven track record of providing sound strategic leadership within the corporate and not for profit sectors, as well as developing and creating key partnerships which has in turn provided sustainable and positive returns for the organisations I have worked with. Within the last 24 years I have led numerous major projects, including; Site manager with Greenstone Entertainment - Building an event to deliver a music concert in an outdoor venue where the average crowd has been attendees The successful acquisition of record levels of sponsorship revenue for New Zealand’s largest annual sporting event - ITM400 V8 Supercar Streetrace in Hamilton. The management of a highly effective sales team and profitable business unit that significantly increased revenue over a two year period. Played an integral role in the development and implementation of the Commercial Alliance Strategy for Air New Zealand. Taken an operational role in delivering a number of varying and significant events. I\'ve developed highly sought after relationship management skills and have a strong reputation as a leading and effective manager. Personally I have a real passion and focus in adding value in whatever I do.
