Currently what I manage in production- AI-driven call intelligence models as part of RealPage partnership with OpenAI - Algorithm-based attribution leveraging a combination of markov-based multi-touch attribution and marketing mix models for ad allocation - Lead models and call intelligence using Tensorflow and Bert, supervised learning - Bayesian geospatial and temporal models for optimizing ad allocationMy day to day includes- Feature engineering for all of the above - MVP development for product teams in marketing, revenue management, and utility management - Model logging using Comet (fork of ML Flow) and AI tracing using Langsmith - Maintaining batch models (typically daily) orchestrated using Airflow 2 with images stored in Google Artifact Registry and executed using Cloud Run for smaller jobs and Kubernetes (GKE) for larger jobs - Maintaining rapid response models (typically within 2 minutes) orchestrated using Wallaroo with docker images - Data management, transformation, and model inputs/outputs stored in BigQuery (SQL) and Google Cloud Storage Buckets
