Hi there! I\'m Katie Adorable Bayley, a Web Designer and Developer with a track record of delivering captivating and functional websites. In my current role as a Web Designer at RealPage Inc, I specialize in creating customized websites tailored to the unique needs of luxury property rental and commercial real estate enterprises. Proficient in leveraging RealPage’s Content Management System, I lead the charge in developing corporate and property-specific website templates based on market research insights. My skills extend beyond design, encompassing the successful recreation and implementation of outdated website designs during RealPage’s migration process.Prior to this, my role as a Web Designer honed my ability to collaborate closely with clients, translating their specific needs into visually compelling web designs. I take pride in not only enhancing user experiences but also driving substantial traffic to client websites through creative and engaging designs.I graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Web Programming and Design, where I learned the fundamentals and advanced concepts of web development and design, such as user interface design, user experience design, web accessibility, web analytics, web security, and web performance. I also gained hands-on experience as a Web Design Intern at Insight, where I designed and developed multiple web projects for different clients, such as a portfolio website, a landing page, and a blog site. I am passionate about all things design and always eager to learn new skills and tools to improve my craft.
