ABOUT MIKE MALLOY

I have the privilege of being the CEO of Sage Home Loans Corporation. Sage is a mortgage company unlike any other and is committed to our mission: Revolutionize the Industry by Making Mortgage Simple. Our amazing team of talented professionals is taking the stress out of the mortgage process with relentless focus on the client experience, a streamlined process driven by automation, and industry-leading digital tools. We are part of the Red Ventures family and are proud to work with our colleagues at RV to serve our clients and give back to our community. Prior to joining Sage Home Loans, I was the Chief Amazement Officer for Rocket Companies. In this role, I led the centralized functions at Rocket, including Enterprise Technology, Infosec, Enterprise Risk, Enterprise Legal, HR, Learning and Development, Team Member Environment, Government Affairs, and Healthcare Strategy (including Rocket’s Covid response and return to office). I began my career at Rocket leading the J.D. Power award-winning Mortgage Servicing team, which serves the more than 2 million clients who make their monthly mortgage payments to Rocket Mortgage.From 2005 to 2015, I held various positions at Bank of America, including Mortgage Policy and Counterparty Relations Executive and General Counsel for Bank of America Home Loans. I started my career at the law firm Parker, Poe, Adams & Bernstein, where I went from intern to associate to partner. I have served on numerous boards, including the Mortgage Bankers Association and Ferguson Center for Leadership Excellence, have served as the Chairman of the Residential Board of Governors of The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), and was Vice Chairman of The Financial Services Roundtable’s Housing Policy Council. I am a member of the North Carolina State Bar and was recognized as a member of North Carolina’s “Legal Elite.\"
