As a leader in cybersecurity, third party risk, compliance, and product management, I am passionate about bringing people together to make the right decisions for building their business and managing risk.To meet business objectives, we have to take risks, We can’t have one without the other. But we can greatly improve our chances of success. I do this by bringing the right people, processes, and technology together to effectively respond to risk, and identify opportunities in a way that best fits today\'s market.With more than 20 years in security, risk, and business management, my experience includes designing, building, and deploying multiple scalable and sustainable security and other technologies, programs, strategies and products-Leading the development and product launch of the world\'s most trusted third party risk content platform, the Shared Assessments SIG and Third Party Risk Management Toolkit-Securing the 2020 elections for the state of Delaware-Building multi-platform cybersecurity organizations and strategy including security policy, monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and endpoint protection-A SOX, FDA, and PCI IT Compliance program for a global Manufacturing company-A world-class, end-to-end IT and vendor risk management program-Training industry concepts to Sales teams and helping them better understand their customers-Designing software features and algorithms for vendors that align with their customers\' needs-Providing market and competitive analysis, and developing pricing strategy-Providing business development services for new and growing businessesMy greatest strength is connecting the dots across diverse organizations, markets, environments, and perspectives. I\'ve been on all sides of my industries as a customer, vendor, consultant, end user, manager, auditor, executive, evangelist, and business owner. I bring that big picture perspective to my customers and help extract clarity from uncertainty.Whether it\'s evaluating, building, or implementing security and risk management solutions, leading with or without influence, or presenting to anyone from end users to executives, I communicate threats and solutions in a clear and actionable manner to technical and non-technical stakeholders, executives, customers, and the public.In the end, what I love most about my job is bringing diverse people together and helping them innovate new ways to solve problems.
