I am a very experienced manager at both the operations and executive level. I have had full P&L responsibility for the last 6 years of my professional career and understand the importance of efficiencies at all levels of the organization. Through my promotions over the years, I have tried to stay true to my core beliefs, which is no organization is successful without the team members/employees that do the work on the floor. The main objective of most businesses is to make money, but in order to do that, the employees that work in the company have to be the top asset and be treated as such. This is not easy and requires a lot of effort, but when employees know that you care about them and don\'t view yourself any differently than them, that is when an organization becomes truly effective. Lead by example and the rest will fall into place. It\'s a simple concept that is very complicated to execute. A title is not what makes a person, it\'s how you are perceived by all levels of your organization.
