ABOUT MIKAEL JOHANSSON
With over 18 years of project management experience in medical devices, food packaging, and automotive industries, I am a seasoned leader and a certified PMP. I currently head the Program Management Office for global projects in Manufacturing Technology & Industrialization at Fresenius Medical Care, the world\'s largest provider of dialysis products and services. My core competencies include adaptive PMO, implementation projects, portfolio management, coaching project managers, strategy alignment, organization adaption, and problem solving. I have successfully executed projects in 17 different countries, building up manufacturing capacity and introducing new technology. I have also set up a unified platform to control and monitor over 300 projects across product lines and regions. My mission is to enable and facilitate efficient and effective project execution that delivers value to the organization and the customers. In additional to my role, since 2023 appointed to chairman of the board of directors (Presidente Consiglio Amministrazione) for the local site SIS-TER S.P.A.
