Hello! My name is Mika Dubey and I am a recent Supply Chain Management graduate from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, now starting my career in a Merchandising Rotational Program at Sprouts Farmers Market.Growing up in an immigrant Indian household, I developed a deep appreciation for global perspectives and diverse ways of thinking, which has significantly influenced my approach to business and life. My interest in supply chain sparked during the COVID-19 pandemic when I became fascinated by the challenges faced by businesses. Since then, I\'ve gained hands on experience through roles in supply chain planning, analytics, and operations—including a co-op at Victoria\'s Secret & Co and an international internship in Barcelona, Spain.Through college, I stayed actively involved in organizations that pushed me to grow personally and professionally. I was especially involved in Delta Sigma Pi, where I held various leadership positions such as Vice President of Professional Activities and Recruitment Chair. These roles taught me how to lead with purpose and empathy, communicate across teams, and bring people together around shared goals.Outside of work, I am a strong proponent of balance. You can usually find me baking a new recipe, exploring a city with friends, or re-centering through yoga and pilates! Looking ahead, I am excited to continue learning, growing, and bringing positive energy into every space I join!
