Project Management on automated manufacturing lines for the paper industry.Sheeting and packaging, and corrugating and finishing manufacturing lines.o Lead projects to assure they are executed according to the scope, schedule and budget baselines.o Develop relationship with customer and manage expectations throughout the project until final acceptance. Responsible for customer sign-off on all projects assigned.o Manage cross functional team to create and maintain links between all departments assuring the communication flows and to maintain the alignment in delivering what is agreed in the project contract and specifications.o Project risk management all along the project execution, involving the internal and external resources needed and assuring critical decisions are made on time to eliminate/mitigate project risks.o Track project progress, identify and communicate critical path items and resource needs to keep projects on schedule and execute to completion.o Engage necessary internal teams to swiftly solve technical and/or warranty issues as required to meet customer expectations.o Interface directly with other OEM vendors on machine interface questions and equipment specifications in regard to the installation.o Create and distribute reports and updates on project status to project team, upper management and customer.o Manage project closure internally and with the customer, collect lessons learned from the team, and hand-off the project to service team.o Follow Project Management internal procedures and participate to their continuous improvement.
