Lead new projects through different stages of installation and commissioning process, completing customer training until acceptance and final machine payment. Work as an interface between Senior Field Service Engineers, Design Engineering, Sales, Parts and Customer Management in order to have a successful installation and project completion- Develop clear communication channel in new projects between Engineering and Service departments to keep them in control and guide them in any adjustments needed in the field or solve unexpected issues identified during installation. Also provide high level technical guidance and direction to Field Service performing installations as well as Sales and Customers as needed- Follow closely each stage of installation Gantt chart in order to accomplish all steps and make corrective actions in order to be on track- Travel to customer locations in Latin America (Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Perú, Venezuela) or Europe (France, Italy, Germany, Scotland & Holland) in order to support when it is needed to assure that project is complete without any pending issues and accomplished to customer satisfaction- Guarantee that new equipment reaches maximum speed and steady state running conditions before any operator training takes place. Then verify that training was completed and accepted by customer and successfully sign out the project.
