I’ve always been drawn to challenges that require vision, strategy, and collaboration to create lasting impact. From my early days as a middle school principal in Kentucky to leading large sales organizations, both in size and scope, my journey has been defined by one thing: the belief that success is a team sport.As a young principal, I saw firsthand how leadership transformed not just a school, but an entire community. It was not about quick wins; it was about building trust, nurturing talent, and inspiring others to rise. That experience taught me the power of creating environments where people know and feel they are valued and supported—a lesson I have carried with me through every chapter of my career.What drives me is connecting people, ideas, and opportunities in ways that create meaningful change. I bring a unique blend of strategic vision, industry expertise, and an unwavering commitment to empowering people that bolsters organizations to achieve higher top-line results, foster stronger cultures, and operate with greater efficiency. Whether I’m mentoring a rising leader or serving as Chair of Georgetown College’s Board of Trustees, I believe in the power of people to achieve extraordinary things together. I’ve worn many hats over my career—educator, executive, board leader, mom—but at the core, I am a builder. From humble roots on a Kentucky farm to large-scale corporations in Manhattan, my journey has always been about transformation—of myself and others. Growing up on a cattle farm taught me the value of hard work and resilience. Those lessons stayed with me as I transitioned from National Middle School Principal of the Year to a corporate executive, managing multi-million-dollar sales teams. Leveraging my expertise as both a corporate executive and a business owner, my purpose is to lead transformational change, that generates lasting value for all stakeholders and businesses alike.
