I founded Training Advisors in October 2020 with the goal of teaching front line managers to use our 3D Method (Design, Develop, Deliver) for creating better training for their staff. With my background in executive leadership and management, I know that great training can set an organization apart but small businesses have limited resources and hiring a dedicated training department is not usually in the budget. Using our methods, companies can see a faster implementation of new products, a quicker way for new hires to get over the learning curve, and achieve better outcomes from their limited training time. Our mission is to guide managers on their journey to becoming better trainers for their people, themselves, and their business and help them improve and create powerful and memorable training.I am the proud owner of Training Advisors and a training and development expert with 20 years of experience in human resources, management development, strategic planning, and instructional design. I am currently a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and carry the SHRM-SCP designation which I achieved in January 2016.Interested in how I got here?
