A Loan Operations Specialist monitor/generate all written communication timely and accurately Processing and Funding for all loan types including special loan portfolios consisting of Balloon, Adjustable Rate (ARM), Loan Modification process and all mortgage loan types. Non QM, Reverse Mortgage, Construction loans, Manufactured homes new construction. Purchase and refi. etc.Am responsible for error resolutions of special loan products and process\\fund loans in SRG & Jack Henry loan systems & make changes/updates to reduce ongoing inaccuracies as well as due diligence loan review. Following policies and procedures. The point person for initial internal department questions regarding the processing of special loan functions including EBO loans and processing, preparing of outgoing wire/draw requests and processing of Construction draws for Home Builders and or Mortgage Companies. Handle settlements of incoming wires to settle loans.This position will support training of special loan functions including reports and MSP data processing. Handling end of day closing balancing of the Bank/Mortgage Warehouse dept. Reconcile all the DDA accounts daily of the Mortgage Companies banking with Bank.Performs system maintenance and ensures proper documentation for collateral also processing all adjustments made for critical loan data including changes for and processing of loan modifications, due date and or interest rate changes.
