ABOUT MICHELLE DIEPHOLZ
Michelle spent 12 years in the operation and direction of a number of family owned automotive locations. Michelle left the family business to pursue her own career aspirations by accepting a position as Director of Business Development for a locally owned and operated staffing company in the Midwest. After years of working with a talented group of individuals, Michelle and her husband, Rob, had the opportunity to purchase their own Spherion franchise and become 3D staffing,LLC. In 2007, she incorporated her many years of business expertise to create a staffing company that focuses on the growth of her client’s business first and her own business second. Michelle is proud to be a Certified Woman Owned business and the face of Spherion.
