Served in multiple-high level positions within SEIU. Key accomplishments include directing the successful sectoral organizing breakthrough to establish the California Fast Food Council. Directed and developed highly successful national campaigns including Adjunct and other Contingent Faculty, Human Service Providers and Drivers in the Gig Economy. Developed and implemented the national Member Organizing Reserves which recruited, trained and deployed hundreds of workers to blitzes on some of the union’s largest and most important organizing campaigns.Served as the union\'s Public Division director and lead efforts to to organize low wage, low road employers as a key element of our offense strategy and to hold corporations responsible for investing in communities.
