Leads and directs a cross-functional team for the E-2D Fleet Sustainment and Advanced Mission Capabilities Integrated Product Teams (IPT). Manages the cost, schedule and technical performance of all contracts. Ensures that requirements are met and executed in accordance with schedules, cost commitments and contractual specifications. Drives program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives. Establishes and implements operational plans to meet or exceed strategic goals established by leadership, to include earned value and profit margins. Allocates and controls program budgets for labor, materials and supplier services. Formally identifies, assesses, monitors and mitigates risk throughout the program life cycle. Identifies program challenges and develops and implements solutions, to include allocating resources, identifying opportunities for efficiencies and changing contractual specifications. Participates in the preparation of proposals, Statements of Work, specifications, operating budgets, financial terms and conditions of contracts and contract changes.
