Leading a team of cyber security risk & controls experts, who provide governance, oversight and assurance, as well as advocating and imparting experience and good practice to shape the design and implementation of effective cyber security controls Oversee all operational, technology and cyber security risks management activities within Cyber Defence and Threat Management (CDTM) Domain Reporting of current risk posture, compliance level, issues and risk related initiatives to Group’s Senior Management Deliver risk focused process oriented and technical deep dive reviews to achieve early issue and gap identification Design and maintain processes to monitor, measure and report risks and controls Drive Risk Reduction initiatives within the domain and track issue remediation, check and challenge its delivery status, adequacy, effectiveness and completeness Establish and coordinate cooperation with Internal Control Testers, Operational Risk Functions, Internal and External Audits and Regulators
