As a Project Manager, my responsibility is to lead the development efforts to bring early, mid and late stage development commercial scale solar and battery energy storage projects to construction and support them through financing and into operation. I manage and am the face of relationships with high-level stakeholders at the local county and state level. •Taking more of a leadership role on the team and delegating tasks efficiently to ensure timely completion of various project milestones. •Establish and manage relationships with stakeholders, including elected officials, regulators, utilities, RTOs, and community leaders, to support project development •Representing EDP in the field and working with project managers and landowners to create and amend agreements, options, leases, and land sales related to wind and solar projects. •Participating in the preparation of proposals that are submitted to power purchasers, including utilities, community choice aggregators, and commercial & industrial customers. •Manage the environmental study and permitting process to ensure development goals are met while abiding by local, state, and federal law. •Support the financial analysis and modeling of the project develop project budgets to help ensure the best price for offtakers and ensuring the project reaches construction. •Provide reports to management by producing regular and frequent pipeline updates, project status updates, and other reporting documentation.
