WORK HISTORY
Enterprise Architecture - Technical Lead @ITA Group, Inc.
I provide an agile mindset to the design of on-demand enterprise solutions in the Azure cloud. I also contribute to the strategies of a cloud/on-prem dually hosted architecture. From leading brainstorming sessions to creating POC projects that make it to Production as completed code, I deliver a swiss-army-knife approach to successes in my role, for myself, my team, my leadership and my company. As a trusted resource in architectural design, SOLID app development, agile coaching, I advise leadership and their teams of well-established software engineers in the creation of a custom, integrated, incentive-based e-commerce platform. This solution is fully worthy of taking its rightful seat as a first-class citizen within its corporate scope of solutions. I contribute to other Enterprise endeavors but this is my current priority. As an architectural designer I create patterns in technology and prescribe easily adoptable thought, so that while processes such as TOGAF, SOLID, Scrum and SAFe carry their meaning, the work I produce can be adopted by an Agile scrum team, easily estimated, and at times write the code as a boilerplate. I then mentor the team on the practice so as to set them up for success. As an Agile coach I have assisted with the usage of INVEST, and perform scrum master duties for my architecture team. As a software engineer I have contributed numerous artifacts as both a lead and a contributor. I have also created libraries that can be leveraged by multiple teams, including research and development. I wear many hats, and find ITA allows me to do this authentically.
