ABOUT MICHAEL A MAXSENTI

Spent the first 20 years of my professional career in the printing industry. There I worked from being youngest salesperson hired at Frye & Smith to youngest President of a division of American Standard Corporation. I was fortunate to receive numerous Printing Industry awards and make many wonderful friends. In 1990 was hired to head up a joint venture start up printing company, Calsonic Miura Graphics in Irvine, California. A partnership between Nisan Corporation and Miura Printing Co. of Tokyo, Japan. The goal was to create the finest printing company in the world. This would be accomplished by blending American ingenuity with Japanese manufacturing precision and engineering innovations from the automobile industry. An incredible opportunity to gain insight into the Japanese culture and their business practices. When my son was born, I fulfilled a promise to be a father first. Motivated by a quote from Jacqueline Kennedy, “If you don\'t raise your children right, nothing else you do matters.\" I started my publishing business that was known as The Place Media for twenty years. Selling it April 2013, to work as a volunteer helping to spark the flame of a responsible revolution to reform our political system. On May 10, 2010 I made a commitment to help turn our nation in a new direction. Not having a clue as to where that journey would take me. It lead me to be co-founder and funder of Rebellious Truths. As my journey continued to involve me in many organizations and efforts, it became clear that I needed to sell my publishing business so I devoted full time to this continuing effort. And, the journey continues to take me places I never could have imagined. As of November 2019 my focus is on helping launch and build the CA Common Sense Party.
