After 30+ years leading businesses and coaching executives globally, I’m now semi-retired and passionate about helping leaders excel through short-term coaching and advisory roles.I have traveled the globe in parallel roles as a business leader and an executive coach. The Kole Performance Group was founded in 2001 as a sales agency. We focused on representing firms that develop and manufacture Automotive and Industrial components, Electronics, OEM Consumer goods, and Medical Devices. Over the years, sales training and leadership development were added services offered to clients around the world. Through business meetings and coaching sessions in 20 Countries and 44 states, I developed a strong ability to work effectively with diverse cultures. Over the years, I have obtained certifications from the John Maxwell Company and Zig Ziglar Organization and have also become a DISC Consultant. Those achievements, along with my passion for leadership and continuous improvement, are what drive me to work with my clients as a coach. Born and raised in the Detroit area, I have been married to my wife Joy (whom I met on a blind date) since 1990. We built our family in Belleville, having two children and two grandchildren. Family first and striving for that balance in life, I walk my Labrador Oliver & Golden Doodle Freddie, three or more miles daily to maintain an active and healthy life.
