As a Senior Training Consultant, I was named Axiom’s 2018 Training Consultant of the year. I deliver top notch training and development courses. I facilitated subject matter expert training modules; and feedback sessions. I have Managed all aspects of training including supervisory and leadership training. Populate classes; manage enrollment; I scheduled training delivery dates as well as materials such as participant workbooks; arranged for guest presenters at the executive management level; market training courses and programs; develop in-house evaluation methods; analyze course and program evaluation results to determine next steps; provided recommendations for continuous improvement of training courses and programs; and responded to questions and concerns at all levels, including CEO and Presidents of companies.I designed and developed training courses. Assessed training needs using analytical and statistical methods; consult with internal and external customers on various performance, training, and human resource needs and issues; collaborated with subject matter experts, colleagues, and others; developed course objectives; construct instructor guides, participant workbooks, PowerPoint presentations or other media; develop in-house evaluation methods; analyze course and program evaluation results to determine next steps; and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of training courses and programs.
