As a successful Ecommerce leader, I have a history of creating engaging site experiences that increase conversion and grow revenue, in addition to developing profitable digital marketing campaigns. I approach merchandising as a science and an art, easily establish productive relationships and work cross-functionally. I\'m data-driven and utilize A/B and multivariate testing to learn what the customer is telling me as they interact with the website in order to optimize my website for conversion.
