In my board roles, I currently serve as Independent Director at Everus Construction Group (NYSE:ECG), GFT, Transurban Chesapeake, Certerra, Trinity Consultants Inc, and Tower Engineering Professionals. I also chair the Advisory Board of the Kiely Family of Construction Companies. I served as Independent Director at Infrastructure & Energy Alternatives (NASDAQ:IEA) until October 2022, when the public company was acquired by MasTec.
