I am a board director, independent advisor and industry investor, following a 6-year tenure as Partner at McKinsey & Company, and 35 years as a C-level executive in the engineering and construction industry. In my board roles, I currently serve as Independent Director at Everus Construction Group (NYSE:ECG), GFT, Transurban Chesapeake, Certerra, Trinity Consultants Inc, and Tower Engineering Professionals. I also chair the Advisory Board of the Kiely Family of Construction Companies. I served as Independent Director at Infrastructure & Energy Alternatives (NASDAQ:IEA) until October 2022, when the public company was acquired by MasTec. My board roles have included participation on Compensation, Audit and Risk, Nominating & Governance, Environmental & Sustainability, and Bid Review Committees, and I have chaired the Special Committee of a Public Company. I have also chaired industry organizations, such as the New Jersey Alliance for Action, a non-profit group of the state\'s preeminent engineering, construction, utility, agency, developer, and labor organizations.Through Della Rocca Enterprises LLC, I provide advisory services to owners and companies participating in the extensive supply chain surrounding the construction ecosystem.Previously I led McKinsey\'s global service line for major capital projects - advising investors, owners, public agencies, and private companies who finance, operate, own, and deliver capital assets. I have served in C-level roles at several of the world\'s most prominent professional services, engineering and construction companies and managed both public and private firms with operations across the Americas, Europe and the Middle East. I have directed activities in the infrastructure, transportation, water, environmental, energy, oil & gas, telecommunications, mining and buildings markets. I have worked and/or managed projects/businesses in 39 countries.
