ABOUT MICHAEL BONDER

Results-Driven. Creative. Strategic. Focused.These four words are what get me excited to wake up in the morning. They describe how I operate, and how I strive toward exceeding my life goals. When I am looking to achieve something, I strategize, create a plan, and execute until I get the results I am looking for. This has been a key to my success throughout my professional and personal life.Whether I am creating a strategic plan, improving business processes, managing high-tiered projects, leading sales and marketing efforts, managing teams, or diving into the data analysis; I am focused on creating innovative solutions that get results.Lets take a quick look at my journey so far.• Played College Baseball at the University of San Diego• Graduated Deans List from the University of Utah in 2010• Led the marketing efforts for two sister companies focused on steel manufacturing and project management• At age 24, I started my own company specializing in Point Cloud Surveying.• Worked for California Bank & Trust as part of the Strategy Team for Greater Southern California. • Joined Republic National Distributing Company as a Business Analyst and manager of the Pricing & Programming Department in Denver, Colorado.• Promoted to Marketing Manager within RNDC Spirits Division.• Promoted to State Portfolio Manager within RNDC Spirits Division.Today, I am the Portfolio Manager for our top spirits portfolio and manage a fantastic team to help better RNDC as a whole.My journey has just begun, and I keep learning and developing my skills every day. I am focused, creative, strategic, results-driven and I am excited for what the future has in store.
