o Lead and direct a 15-person integrated cross-functional team to develop and produce electro-mechanical actuators used in automotive vehicle driveline systems with an approximate Research and Development (R&D) budget of €3 million.o With approximately €11 million in sales, participate with the sales team with customer quoting activities, tracking customer program milestones, generation of contractual agreements and or changes to contracts.o Responsible for tracking three D5 programs (MOL, maintenance of line), with seven electro-mechanical actuators variants, one D3 (NPL, new product launch) program, with six electro-mechanical actuators variants and team performance through ePSR (electronic Project Status Reporting) system.o Accountable for following the 12-gate process model, gates in the program life cycle (design concept, design validation, start up, production validation and end of life), of new electro-mechanical actuators programs. o Direct and oversee master schedules, including the customer’s milestones. Integrate the schedules of the 15-person integrated cross-functional team to the master schedule. o Organize project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensure communication, internally and externally facilitates completion of program on time and within budget constraints.
