Mr. Torgan has been appointed to numerous committees such as California HIT Financing Advisory Commission and California AB1629 MediCal Stakeholder Practical and extensive knowledge of the CMS, State and Federal regulations, reimbursement, including value-based payment models, public policy, integrated care delivery, managed care, quality metrics and continuous quality improvement.
