With over 9 years of B2B SaaS Product Leadership, an education in Neuroscience, and a background in sales, I excel at understanding people — their motivations, behaviors, and decision making. I thrive on collaborating across teams to create clarity and alignment, establish a vision, and execute ambitious goals. As the first product hire at Jolt, I played a critical role in scaling the product and company into an industry leader, resulting in a high-value, strategic acquisition by Digi. Over the past years in product leadership, I have- Lead cross-functional teams managing a portfolio of products, creating systems, and leveraging experimentation and data to instill sound product management practices and product thinking across the organization- Defined and executed product vision and strategy including leading initiatives to enter new markets and disrupt industries- Built and scaled products from 0 to 1, re-energized, redesigned, and rewrote mature offerings, and managed integrations and sunsetting for dozens of software and hardware products- Mentored teams of product managers, owners, and UX/UI designers, helping them become customer-obsessed and develop the user empathy and strategic clarity required to drive impactful outcomes.
