About Michael Phelps
Throughout my years in the customer service and child care industry, I have been able to learn the time management skills and hone in on my ability to delegate tasks appropriately. I would describe myself as very hands on and extremely involved, helping out every where I can. Working in a restaurant as a server for multiple years has allowed me to develop a comfortability in speaking to others with the utmost professionalism and to come across as relatable in a number of uncorrelated circumstances. Situational awareness is something I was able to improve upon while working in a restaurant. Knowing what needs to be done and having the means to do so without outside influence is a huge part in the success of servers. The restaurant industry is fast paced and can quickly become overwhelming but learning how to appropriately deal with the pressure has allowed me to excel at my job.
