I am responsible for investigating incidents of fraud, theft, policy violations, allegations of wrongdoing, and/or any other activities that have or potentially could adversely affect the retail channel of T-Mobile USA. I am responsible for communicating with all levels of the retail organization including Market Directors, District Managers, Employee Success Partners, Retail Store Leadership and Mobile Experts on all elements of retail safety, security, store loss and inventory management practices for T-Mobile Corporate Stores, and T-Mobile Premium Retailers (TPR) stores. I also am responsible for corporate auditing to evaluate compliance to Inventory protection and physical security standards within each of my assigned store locations.
