ABOUT MICHAEL KUBLI
Ever since my apprenticeship, I’ve been fascinated by how companies really work – not just the processes, but the people, the ideas, and the decisions behind them. Early on, I knew I wanted to build something of my own.After completing my studies in Industrial Engineering and gaining experience in marketing, sales, and consulting, I co-founded Kinastic with two colleagues in 2016. We started out building an IoT-based solution for fitness studios – combining sensors, an app, and coaching software. Over the course of four years, we built a solid product and grew to over 60 studios using our platform.Then came a turning point: technical limitations, the impact of COVID, and big shifts in the fitness market. We made the decision to pivot Kinastic, and today, we help companies across Switzerland bring health and well-being into the workplace – in a way that’s easy, effective, and sustainable.I’m currently Co-Founder & CEO at Kinastic, and we’ve grown into one of Switzerland’s leading platforms for workplace wellness – offering digital health programs around movement, nutrition, and mental well-being.
