About Michael Gallagher
Builder of five businesses at Wells Fargo during 26 years in the US, Canada, Asia, and the UK. Four of the businesses were in mass market SME credit. 5th business was to create the \"Enterprise Patent Program\" and lead a company-wide effort to develop a large \"Fintech\" patent portfolio across Wells Fargo\'s 35 lines of business. Citizen assemblies for which the 24 to 100 participants are chosen by lottery are a promising and proven tool to make democracy trustworthy. Now working with others to improve local democracy across the United States. Our \"experiment\" in self-government is suffering and can be rebuilt to earn super majority trust. Proven tools already exist for everyday people from different backgrounds to solve complex community problems together.

When in your life did you \"find your voice\"? Working with partners to create a positive change-making movement Ashoka calls “Everyone A Changemaker”. Ashoka invented the field of social entrepreneurship starting in the early 1980’s. Since then Ashoka has named and collaborated with 3800 system-changing social entrepreneurs in 80+ countries.
