I have nearly 8 Years of combined management in construction experience, with a track record of delivering complex projects in contractor environment, with related experience in safety, infrastructure, TBT, Civil, and railway projects.Back in 2013, I began specializing in health and safety. Over 5 years in Qatar, I gained thorough grounded safety training and experience. In the middle east, I gave advice directly on the safety of over 100 to 150 workers and big projects and specialized construction health and safety management. My responsibilities covered everything related including injury prevention, rehabilitation, risk management, and incident investigation. Able to engage different diversities, behaviors, establishing a good rapport with people throughout the business and together they achieved a positive shift in developing good safety culture.
