About Mike Arellano
I am currently a Team Lead with Heritage Bank NW in their Washington market. After cutting my teeth in underwriting and portfolio management at U. S. Bank & Bank of the West (during and after The Great Recession), I transitioned to a Relationship Management sales role with Pacific Continental Bank. There, I was able to apply my credit background while honing my business development skills by constructing a C&I portfolio from scratch. Building upon that success, I took on another challenge by moving to Seattle; a newer, still maturing market while assuming additional responsibilities as a producing Team Lead with Bank of the West. My experience with credit and proven success with business development has given me the ability to create synergies between businesses and the bank.
