Managing the daily operations of the Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic and staff. My responsibilities include but not limited to, management of the Orthopedic Surgeon, Orthopedic Technicians, Registered Nurses, and Admission Representatives, as it relates to the functions of the Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic environment. My duties also include monthly meetings/reporting to the Healthcare Administration. I coordinate monthly meetings as it relates to the orthopedic department staff members. My main focus is the care for our patient base. I ensure that all clients are receiving the appropriate care regarding all orthopedic injuries. Our clientele consist of pediatric and adults. I am highly skilled in all traumatic fracture management and immobilization. I am currently employed in a Level 1 Trauma Facility, for which my particular orthopedic skills are required. I am licensed as a certified orthopedic technologist, teaching all fracture management, immobilization, joint stabilization, and joint/fracture manipulation techniques to all medical staff and medical students. Also proficient in assisting in most orthopedic surgeries. Highly skilled in the orthopedic private office sector. Assisting the Orthopedic surgeon in all private office care.Current Owner and General Manager of Bonesetters Orthopedic/Hand Technologist, providing all related orthopedic technician care to the private office, clinic, and care center facility.
