Hello! I am currently pursuing my MHA with a focus on developing the skills and knowledge needed to secure an administrative fellowship upon graduation. My goal is to leverage this opportunity to grow as a healthcare leader and drive meaningful change within healthcare organizations. I am passionate about improving healthcare efficiency, outcomes, and access, particularly for underserved populations. With a strong desire to learn and grow, I actively seek opportunities to contribute to positive change and make a lasting impact on others\' lives. Throughout my time as a student, I gained experience in mentorship, research, and leadership in higher education. I am currently working as a project intern for the UMC Center for Transplantation to map the complete financial workflow for transplant patients across the hospital and identify areas for operational improvement, streamline communication, and support efficiency & consistency across teams.
