ABOUT MIKE EMLER
I am a non-traditional technologist. an empathetic team leader who achieves and exceeds business expectations while empowering my team to grow and develop their careers. I have both technical chops and hard-to-find \"soft\" skills, bridging the gap between business goals and technical solutions. I bring stability to teams, especially those restructuring or rebuilding, while mentoring my teammates and sharing my varied experience. I’ve worked at small shops and major enterprises, seen many reorgs, handled many crises, and resolved many outages.
