ABOUT MELODY REDBURN

I am an experienced Senior Manager in Ramboll\'s climate services practice, providing clients with the technical expertise and project management necessary to navigate the transition to a low-carbon economy. My work focuses on developing comprehensive decarbonization strategies and climate transition plans, including science-based targets, Scope 3 emissions analysis, and supplier engagement. I help organizations navigate the evolving sustainability regulatory landscape and support the development of ESG strategy, reporting, and metrics. Beyond client delivery, I support our team’s growth through strategic planning, monitoring business operations metrics, and mentoring staff to foster a strong team culture.My Background & Expertise:Sustainability Engineering: Prior to Ramboll, I served as a Sustainability Engineer and Program Manager at Brendle Group. I applied engineering skills to climate challenges through greenhouse gas inventories, energy analyses, and climate impact modeling.Industrial Foundations: I began my career as a Process Engineer for Burns & McDonnell, working in the oil, gas, chemicals, and food/consumer products industries. This role involved highly technical critical thinking, construction planning, and project execution.Business Development: I also bring experience in business development as a first-of-its-kind proposal engineer, where I coordinated and executed all project proposals for the OGC division.I thrive at the intersection of technical rigor and strategic leadership, leveraging my background in traditional heavy industry to provide grounded, innovative solutions for today\'s sustainability challenges.
