My work focuses on constituent relationship development, new initiatives, and program design to meet the continuing educational and leadership development needs of students, practitioners and executive institutional leaders across sectors. I work for Chautauqua Institution as Vice President for Rellgion. Previously, I worked as managing director for education and engagement at the Lake Institute on Faith & Giving at Indiana University\'s Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. Prior to coming to IU, I served as an assistant director and senior program coordinator at Duke University\'s Leadership Education at Duke Divinity. My primary interests are in the future of American religious life, religious institutions, sustainability, leadership pipeline and organizational development challenges, diversity in the nonprofit and public sectors, and strategic partnerships as the best way to effect meaningful, positive change.
