We disrupt business as usual to create a workplace that centers holistic abundance. Our mission is to nourish a healthy colmena (hive), benefiting our members and creating change through transformative client projects in the world. We envision a more equitable and sustainable business landscape that is regenerative, benefiting workers, partners, and society at large. We are a majority Latina- and Black-led producer cooperative committed to collective liberation.
