Growing up in Chicago seeing Michael Jordan dominate basketball (GO BULLS!) inspired me to put forth the effort and to excel and grow as a person. Each job and class I have taken over the years may not be important, but these experiences have helped me better deal with different behaviors, backgrounds, thoughts, ideas, situations, challenges, inspirations, and so forth. Now what I learned over the years is being manifested in different ways into my job little each day.Amazon is a unique company that allows me to use my experiences from before and to add new ones as well. I am learning more about myself over the year I have been with this company. Started as a Stower and improved my way to becoming an Amazon Floor Manager (AFM). I also refined some skills: thinking on my feet, problem-solving with other employees, teamwork, reading floor plans for restocking products, radio use, and adapting to different situations. New skills I acquire are the use of Maintenance Manager, SRBRS, building pallets, troubleshooting the drives, and troubleshooting/unjamming the AR Saw stations.In the future, I am planning to go back to school to become a dental hygienist and/or improve my way up with Amazon. I am working towards becoming either an Equipment Coordinator, Transportation Associate, or Reliability Maintenance Engineer.My qualifications are program use of Amazon Maintenance Manager and Amazon SRBRS.
