ABOUT MELANIE TRAYLOR
I am an experienced construction manager in the sports and entertainment industry. I am currently working in Minnesota on a medical facility for United Therapeutics.I am \"boots on the ground\" every day on my projects. I meet with crews each morning to ensure teams have a safe plan and a clear objective. I coordinate with project managers on procurement, documents, RFIs, submittals, and quality and with superintendents on schedule and constraints. I collaborate with designers and customers on cost, quality, schedule and safety - always ensuring that our partners enjoy transparency of progress and alignment on goals. I am a clear communicator and highly organized facilitator. I understand the work we install and our customer\'s vision to foster the best experience for all involved.
