Hi, I’m Meghana, Product Manager at Zoho People. I joined Zoho way back in 2018 as a full time employee. Currently I handle Time & Attendance modules (Leave, Attendance, Shifts, Timesheet) in Zoho People HRMS.I work on identifying and filling the product gaps, as well as generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth. I conduct market research to identify customer needs & oppurtunities for product development. I collaborate with customers, teammates & external stakeholders to ensure a solid & well rounded understanding of products & development needs.One of the challenges that I’ve encountered in my role is definitely time management. With many customer requirements coming up and trying to stay on top of market, there are often so many things to be done and it can be overwhelming. But with lots of practice and guidance from my team I’ve encountered it and I’m now capable of setting the priorities right. My words of wisdom to fellow mates would be “Work hard, experiment things and learn from your mistakes & make sure you don’t repeat them”.
