Develop and implement both short-term and long-term business strategies for the Employee Empowerment Network (EEN) program. Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of program outcomes, operational impact, and employee well-being to inform data-driven program and system designs that support over employees across Wisconsin and Illinois. Integrate Goodwill\'s Mission Integration services, programming, and workforce development opportunities to benefit our employees and the broader community.I lead a dynamic team of 12 Lead Empowerment Specialists who provide direct support to employees facing immediate needs such as housing, transportation, and food assistance, as well as offering life coaching focused on career, educational, and long-term personal goals
