Before stepping into the edtech space, I spent 8 wonderful years in K–12 education - teaching, mentoring, and leading a team of incredible educators for 4 of those years. Additionally, I spent time advising businesses on their HR strategies, which gave me a deeper understanding of how effective organizational systems and people-focused strategies drive success.I know how much educators juggle every day because I’ve been in their shoes.
