As an Account Operations Specialist in a 3PL warehouse, I manage the daily operational flow of multiple client accounts, ensuring all orders are processed, routed, and fulfilled accurately and on time. I serve as the primary link between client accounts, carriers, and internal warehouse operations, balancing client needs with operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with carrier and customer requirements.Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage day-to-day order fulfillment activities for multiple client accounts. • Process, route, and release shipments in compliance with carrier requirements and client routing guides. • Prepare and maintain all shipping documentation, including BOLs, invoices, and compliance paperwork. • Act as the primary liaison between clients, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide status updates. • Monitor order flow, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and service level agreement (SLA) compliance. • Analyze and report account activity, including order volumes, shipping trends, and service performance. • Support continuous process improvement by identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending solutions. • Ensure compliance with client requirements, 3PL standards, and carrier regulations.Core Skills • Logistics coordination & shipping compliance • Multi-account management in 3PL environments • Client communication & service management • Documentation & reporting accuracy • Carrier routing & scheduling • ERP/WMS/TMS system proficiency
