As a senior HR Director, I specialise in leading businesses through high-stakes transformation and operational challenges. My expertise lies in architecting and executing complex, multi-country programmes—from GBS model transitions and M&A integrations to enterprise-level crisis response. I thrive on bringing structure, stability, and commercial value to organisations navigating periods of intense change, ensuring HR is a resilient and enabling partner to the business.I have a track record of delivering projects with significant financial and operational impact. During the pandemic, I led the end-to-end HR response across 7 countries, successfully securing €4m in government financial support. I have architected the transition to a GBS model by offshoring UK services to Bangalore, a cultural and operational shift that achieved €180k in annualised savings. Furthermore, I have managed the full collective consultation process for acquisitions, divestitures, and the sensitive closure of a UK Defined Benefit Pension Scheme.Ultimately, I believe that world-class HR operations are the bedrock of a great employee experience.
