Successfully resolved, in three monthsi, a complex data analytics issue related to an API feed from Cority to EHS Smart that had stalled the EHS PowerBI Injury Dashboard release for two years.• Managed the creation, and administration of SharePoint structures to meet complex organizational needs. Migrated 48 legacy Global and US SharePoint sites into one new centralized structure ensuring compliance with Export/Import (EXIM) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements.• Frequently selected by leadership for a variety of high-level and complex tasks across multiple disciplines.• Created advanced Excel logic providing functional executives and department leadership real time EH & S performance metrics specific to their functions for data driven decision making.• Acted as the technical SME for all management systems, databases, interface with Data & Analytics team, PowerBI, and third-party contractors hired to provided software as a service for additional data management.• Functioned as the department lead for all IT related initiatives ensuring technical requirements were met and projects were completed on time and at no cost or low cost to the organization.• Led the trade study to identify gaps in the existing lockout-tagout database capabilities, identification of a new software vendor and implementation of the new program with QR, PowerBI and app capabilities to expedite annual review requirements and provide compliance metrics.
