Provide Professional Services to clients by assisting with the installation and configuration of the MOVEit products. Project management of the installation process; scheduling, implementation and configuration of new and upgrade environments from the beginning stages to completion. Manage and facilitate customer outreach initiative reviewing offered services and any additional service requirement needs, Improving customer satisfaction and potentially generating additional revenue. Working with my team, I set up and organized the teams’ documentation within a Microsoft SharePoint group site for better team organization and collaboration. Created new training videos for online viewing by customers to learn the MOVEit products.
